Terms of Service

Dockson is a subscription software service for planning and communicating with event crew, operated by Baats Consulting ("Dockson", "we"). These terms govern your use of dockson.be and the Dockson application. By creating a workspace you agree to them.

A workspace is created by an organisation. The person who creates it is responsible for the workspace, for the users they invite, and for the accuracy of the crew data they enter. You must keep login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of unauthorised use.

Each plan (Solo, Team, Company) includes a maximum number of workspace members and active crew, shown on the pricing page. Crew members use the platform under the responsibility of the organisation that invited them.

New workspaces include a 14-day free trial; no payment card is required to start. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to keep using the service. Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; the subscription then remains active until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, which handles payment collection, Belgian VAT and invoices. Prices are shown in euro, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

You may use Dockson only for lawful workforce planning. You must not upload unlawful content, misuse personal data of crew members, attempt to access other workspaces, or disrupt the service. We may suspend a workspace that breaches these terms after giving notice, unless the breach requires immediate action.

You retain all rights to the data you put into Dockson. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the service. You can export your data (including time registration) at any time. Our privacy policy at dockson.be/privacy explains how we handle personal data.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate a workspace for material breach or non-payment after a grace period. After termination we keep data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted, except records we must keep by law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district where Baats Consulting is established, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Questions: info@dockson.be.
